Science Fair Deadlines

One of the major requirements for sixth grade science class is to complete a science fair project. Every student has a packet explaining all of the details. However, the deadlines are listed below. I encourage all students to work ahead of the deadline to ensure that any questions can be answered and any problems avoided.

Science Fair Outline: On or before November 23rd

Science Fair Data Collection: On or before December 17th

Science Fair Board and Final Project: On or before January 5th

Dear Parents/Guardians,
As an extension to our science curriculum Bromley East Students will participate in the National Geographic's Reduce Your Footprint Contest. This contest exposes students to their school's environmental footprint and requires that students research ways to reduce their school's footprint. Further details can be found at http://www.nationalgeographic.com/findyourfootprint/

Please be on the look out for a letter Monday night further explaining the contest your son or daughter may take part in.
